Latest pictures taken by India’s Area Analysis Group moon orbiter, generally known as Chandrayaan 2, clearly present the Apollo 11 and Apollo 12 touchdown websites greater than 50 years later.
The pictures have been taken by the Chandrayaan 2 orbiter in April 2021 and have been reshared on Curiosity’s X web page – which posts about house exploration – on Wednesday.
“Picture of Apollo 11 and 12 taken by India’s Moon orbiter. Disapproving Moon touchdown deniers,” Curiosity wrote on X, together with the overhead pictures that present the touchdown automobiles on the surface of the moon.
Apollo 11 landed on the moon on July 20, 1969, making Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin the primary males to stroll on its floor.
