As is custom, Milan Design Week additionally hosts the Automotive Design Award 2026, an award created in 1984 by Auto&Design journal and revived in 2016 after an extended hiatus. The Automotive Design Award 2026 jury acknowledged winners throughout three completely different classes: Idea Vehicles, Manufacturing Vehicles, and Model Design.
